A: Yes, customer design, especially OEM/ODM, is welcomed. Please feel free to send us your design at AI file to my email address
Q:How to make sure high quality ?
A:For bulk order,we will send you the sample to check before mass production.We'll send you the latest videos and pictures at anytime. If there is any quality problem, we will make it again for free and then send it to you, but the freight needs to be paid by the buyer.
Q: Do you have stock? When can I get it if I pay?
A: For stock items, we can send out within 48 hours.
For items not available, we need about 10-20 working days to make and it also depends on your order quantity.
Q: What is your MOQ? Can I mix different styles to a start order?
A: MOQ is different depending on the product. Different moqs for different products.
